The cornerstone of our quality policy is “Quality Without Compromise”.

We understand the customer's requirements, as well as the regulatory requirements for each of the markets we serve. We also recognize that customer satisfaction is key for Pioneer Packagers success.

One of our top priorities is to ensure that all of our employees understand their roles and responsibilities to ensure that our products adhere to our Customers’ quality requirements, and regulatory requirements. Quality deviations and non-compliance, either internal or external from our customers, are reviewed weekly with senior heads of cross-functions including corrective actions plans.

Pioneer Packagers is BRC global standard, SEDEX, ISO 9000:2008, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified. It has a modern quality control laboratory equipped with advanced measuring equipment’s such as gas chromatograph, bonding strength measurement, heat seal checking, color spectrometer, and many others. Also, the lab is equipped with small pilot processes to mimic customers packaging lines for better evaluation of our packaging materials performance at customer’s shop-floor. Our standard operating procedures, and batch records offers adequate traceability records, and ensure that customers’ specs and regulatory requirements are consistently monitored throughout the various manufacturing stages.

Both companies benefits from fully equipped and modern Quality Control laboratories for testing & ensuring strict adherence to technical parameters specified by the customers and as per the British Standards (BS) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.
